CanChad (French animal bonding time)

Rais hissed as the cold winter chills nipped at his face. Despite his bitter hate for the cold weather which he thought he would never get use to, the young man thought it would be beneficial to visit his very distance brother and spend some time with him. They might not be as close brothers but they were still family after all. As he approach the front door step of what he suppose to be Matthew's house-- he made sure to pay close attention to the directions-- he knocked on the door, hoping for an answer.

Matthew was watching t.v. when he heard a knock on his door. He turned his head when he heard the knock and looked into the direction of his door, wondering who could be there. He didn't get visitors often besides his brother Alfred, even less from his other close friends or family in other parts of the world. Standing up from his couch, Matthew started walking to the door to see who was there. He slowly opened the door when he got there and peered outside, speaking softly to the person on the other side. "Hello?"

"Matthieu!" Rais beamed before quickly pulling Matt into a strong bear hug. He quickly released him though, remembering that Matt wasn't exactly the strongest of relatives and hopped he hadn't hurt his distant brother. "It's so good to see you! How have you been?!"

Matthew was surprised when he was suddenly brought into a strong hug, thinking it was Alfred who had come to visit him for a moment, since he would usually greet him the same way, but quickly released it was someone entirely different. "Rais?" Matthew said when his visitor pulled away, unharmed from his hug. "I'm fine, but what are you doing here?"
