Rais fixed his tie then buttoned up his dress shirt. He had to attend another boring meeting at the UN again. He didn't really mind attending, it's just he didn't have too many friends to hang with apart from his cousin, Libya. He didn't want to be with his father, afraid of being embarrassed in front of everyone and he hoped that damn Vlad kept his distance. Maybe he'll make new friends? Combing down his hair, Rais got up and left his house to the rather giant building, to start the wonderful day.

(Cause every hook up happens at a government building- *shot*)

Yaakov was preparing to leave for the UN meeting supposed to be held today. He tidied himself up, after all he needed to give a good impression on everyone, didn't he? His clothing was nice, although he couldn't bother having on something too fancy, so he kept it simple. UN meetings were never all too close to where he lived, either, so he was sure to leave early. Once he was prepared, he made way out his door, and in time, he confronted the meeting building, and walked inside.

I was thinking that, considering Chad isn't like his dad and flirts with everyone he sees. eue))

Rais walked into the UN building, sipping his coffee as he walked towards the elevator. He was 5 minutes early, meaning he had time to stop and chat which made him happy. He walked down the hallway in bliss and winked to a couple of girls he passed, receiving a few giggles in waves. It was only because he was french, he thought. But he wouldn't let his low self esteem get the best of him and his good mood.

Making his way inside, Yaakov noted the cheerful girls waving to someone, most likely in front of him. He was actually pretty amused by it, he doesn't usually see people like this, and directed a great amount of attention to them, laughing along with their joy. Before he knew it, he had run into something- or was it someone?- and felt the heat of hot coffee running down his chest. Gasping, he jumped back, "I'm so sorry!"

Rais gasped then looked down at the shorter man he bumped into. It took him a minute to notice what's just happened then he quickly helped him up, slightly panicing. "I'm so sorry!" He whined, taking out some napkins and wiping the shorter man's shirt. "Are you ok? Surely I didn't hurt you did I?" The young french frowned, disappointed. There goes his good mood.

Pfft. Well hello there~ *winks*))

Yaakov felt bad for the poor man, blaming himself for the mess. "No, no, no, it's my fault," he insisted, "I.. I wasn't looking where I was going. No need for you to apologize..." He looked up as the taller man began to wipe him down with napkins, "No, I'm fine, you really don't need to do this, you know."

Rais kept his pitiful frown but stopped and looked down, ashamed. He knew he'd screw up somehow today but he didn't expect to so soon. "If you say so," He muttered before turning around and began to walk away. It was as if a rain cloud hung over his head as the poor french sighed at his occasional bad luck. No wonder he didn't have too many friends.

"Wait!" Yaakov called out, "There's no reason to be gloomy over this, it's just a small thing, and it's not anything was done on purpose!" He followed the man, still not sure what his name was, and decided maybe it would be a good time to ask. "I'm Israel- or, um, you can call me Yaakov, if you like. Who might you be?"

Rais paused then quickly turned around, smiling brightly. "Nice to meet you!," He said in his thick french accent. "I'm Chad, or Rais! You can call me either one~" He shooked the man's hand, excited that he was making a friend for once and he didn't screw up entirely.

(NO THEY NEED TO BE MORE THAN FRIENDS WE GOT THIS.)

"Well it's nice to meet you too, Rais," Yaakov stated, smiling. "We ought to get to the meeting though, don't we...? Maybe we can get seats by each other," he suggested.

YUS. THEY MUST BE MORE THAN FRIENDS AND UNLEASH THE SEXUAL TENSION- *shot*))

"That would be really nice," He said before grabbing Yaakov's hand and dragging him along with him into the elevator. When the elevator closed, the french pressed the button and the elevator began to rise, playing awkward elevator music.

As Yaakov's hand was grabbed, he was slightly caught by surprise and is eyes had widened for a bit, but soon relax once his mind caught up. He leaned himself against the wall of the elevator, watching as the numbers counted larger until the floor of the meeting room was reached.

(These two are going to have some awkward relationship. I can feel it.)

Hearing the elevator ding and the doors open, Rais walked out and down the hallway. When he finally entered the loud and busy meeting room, he sat down at his usual seat which was on the far right of the room. He didn't mind it, considering the window was right by him. He took out some paper and began doodling what was on his mind.

(So romantic.)

Yaakov continued to walk behind Rais through the hallway and into the meeting room. It was awfully loud inside, the meeting had not started yet but other countries were obviously already set into arguments. Seeing that the seat Rais had taken had empty space next to it, Yaakov took the opportunity to sit there. He didn't really know anyone else there too well, except maybe America, but he was well aware that he had a much more important spot in the meeting and would have many others crowded around his area.

Rais starts to doodle random things during the meeting as it went on for a long while. He soon became bored and soon fell asleep in his chair, sleeping peacefully. It wasn't a surprise, considering he usually sleeps during the meetings when he's bored, despite the loudness of the arguing countries.

(IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?)

"Those are nice doodles-" Yaakov started, but was cut off when he realized Rais had fallen asleep. "Oh," he said, pretty much to himself, "you're asleep... I think?" He wasn't really familiar with the situation himself. Yaakov always thought it was important to catch the details of a meeting, and didn't know whether he was supposed to wake him up or let him rest. Well, I guess if the meeting starts and he's still asleep, I can wake him up.

The world meeting had finally started and all the nations began to converse over politics and finances. Rais stayed fast asleep, without a care in the world then suddenly leaned on Yaakov's shoulder. He nuzzled it lightly then continued to sleep, despite the sudden closeness.

Yaakov gave a slight jump when Rais had suddenly leaned on his shoulder, but seeing as the meeting had started, he should probably attempt waking him up. "Um, Rais," he said, shaking him a bit, "The meeting is starting, you might want to be awake for that."

"Huh? Oh!" Rais quickly sat up and straightened himself to look professional. He had almost forgot about the meeting, yet again. "M-Merci...." He said, turning away and hiding a faint blush.

Yaakov nodded to Rais as he got up. The meeting had begun, and he tried to focus his attention to it, but couldn't help looking back at Rais now and then. Is he blushing?

Rais laid his head on the table and listened as the other nation went on and on. It annoyed him a tad bit, but he soon became use to it and just sat there, bored as hell with nothing to do.

Yaakov himself was finding the meeting a bit stale. He wasn't often involved in a lot of the things the other countries wanted to discuss. He looked over to Rais, noticing he looked a bit unimpressed by everything. Yaakov leaned over and whispered, "Are you bored too?"

WHERE'S YOUR PROOF?!))

Rais glanced over, hearing Yaakov and nodded in agreement. He was practically being bored to death. "I take it you're bored as well?" He whispered.

(THAT REDISH PINK STUFF ON YOUR FACE)

"I guess you could say that," Yaakov replied, "not being included most of the time does that. It's not always fun when all people talk about is themselves."

"Mhm," He mumbled when suddenly he had an idea. "Want to sneak out?" He whispered.
