Russia x Estonia

I don't know any sort of pairing name for the time being. |D; Also I'm not so sure how else to get them together so I'm gonna start with this. My idea of a plot. Pffft.

Ivan had just walked in his front door. It was freezing outside, and a gust of wind blew hard into his home as the door opened, brushing clutters of snow inside the entrance. He lay a box onto the sofa; it contained one of the newest laptops around, and was supposed to be really good, although not that easy to use. He left it there for a bit, before coming back to it later. He opened the box, and lay the laptop itself on the table in front of him. Tapping the power button, Ivan waited for it to turn on, but it didn't. Maybe he needed some help?

(HE DIDN'T LOOK AT THE INSTRUCTIONS. When you can't figure out your new laptop, who you gonna call? ESTONIA. jHDWJ. Also, would this be when Estonia lives in Russia's house or not?)

(Pfft. And maybe this would happend when all three Baltics were free because I don't think that people had that good laptops at that days? Eduard drived to the Ivan's house. He need to talk with him about something. When he arrived to the place he knocked at the door even though he still secretly keeped keys from it. "Mr. Braginski? Are you at home?" He thought that it wouldn't be nice to get in the house by unlocking the door with his secret keys.

Ivan still couldn't really figure out his new laptop when he heard a knock at the door. Company? I don't get much company. I wonder who it could be? He got up and went to the door, and opened it to reveal Eduard standing outside. "Oh, hello Eduard~" he said with a childish smile, "I haven't seen you in a while."

"Hello. I haven't seen y-you in a while too..." He paused and looked down before looking up agian to Ivan's purple eyes and childish smilling face. Eduard said. "I come here because I need to talk with you about something, b-but about ten minutes ago.. please don't laugh at me... I just felt that you need my help for some reason. I know it sounds weird, but... was I right?"

"Huh?" Ivan was a bit confused, turning his head back inside and thought, before turning back around again, "Well I do need help with one thing~" he concluded. He pulled Eduard inside by his arm and directed him to his living room. "I can't figure this out," he said, pointing to the laptop.

"Oh." Eduard looked at the laptop for a momment "So you don't know how to turn it on?" and a little bit chuckled out of Ivan that he didn't know such easy thing as Eduard thought. He clicked a few buttons and turn the laptop on right away. "Here you go."

Ivan observed as Eduard got the laptop to turn on. "Oh, thank you," he said as the laptop turned on, "Now show me how to use it properly."

(He doesn't even ask, he commands. RudeIvan.)

"You are welcome." Eduard smilled nicely. "And I'm pretty sure you know atleast the basics how to use this laptop, because you read the instruction right? So what exactly do you want me to show you?"

Ivan tilted his head in confusion, "Instructions?" he asked.

Eduard spoke up. "Well there should be a book of instructions in the box of this laptop..." He looked around a room searching for the box. While looking around the room he remembered a lot of sad memories he had in this house. The memories made him sad, but he remembered that he was talking about the instructions so he tried to throw sad memories out of his head. "I-in the book of instructions is written h-how to use your laptop properly..."

(A little bit too short but I don't mind it that much.)

"The box?" Ivan questioned, "I threw that away." Ivan smiled and laughed softly, "But I'm sure you can still figure it out, can't you?" He was obviously oblivious to the fact Eduard was reminded of things in the past and seemed not to hear the stutter in his voice.

"Well yes, of course I can figure it out." He looked at Ivan's shiny purple eyes agian and with stutter in his voice questioned. "But w-what do you want me to show you first?"

"Basic things," Ivan chuckled, "maybe just setting everything up first, don't computers need some sort of information in them~?" He looked into Eduard's eyes in return. "But of course," be began once more, "not all today. You will come back tomorrow~"

"Oh okay." Eduard ended the eye contact and looked at laptop. "First of all we need to get rid of all traces of unwanted programs." He gesture with his hand at laptop "May I?" and questioned if he could do that.

(And. SoIhavetogoallthewaytoEstoniaandthencomebackagian? Well it would be easier if Ivan would let Eduard stay- Green, shut up.)

Ivan nodded, "If that's how you're supposed to start it up, then go ahead~" He leaned towards Eduard, and watched the process.

Eduard pressed few buttons and left the laptop without any traces of harmful programs. He made eye contact with Ivan, who was learning and watching him doing this process. "Okay. Next we need to install a security program." He showed a list of security programs. "I'm recommending the first one. I have it and it's the best one I think."

Ivan nodded. "If that's what you think is best than maybe it is," he said, "after all, you are the expert, aren't you~?" He placed his hand on Eduard's shoulder and then began to pat it.

Eduard quickly installed the program by the one click. He turned to Ivan and replied, "Thank you for the nice comments about me, Ivan." he smilled to the Russian feeling his hand patting him. Eduard secretly liked being patted but didn't showed it. "But the main thing is your laptop, not me so lets come back to setting it up!... Since we have your security program already here we can check for system updates!"

"Alright then," Ivan chuckled, "What kind of things need updates?" he asked curiously, looking to Eduard. "And do they update again later?" He obviously was confused, he never really had to do these kind of things himself before really, after all, this type of technology wasn't around when he had to work hard himself.

"Usually security programs needs updates" He smilled nicely. "But there are other programs who needs updates too, but not always obviously." Eduard checked out the laptop. "It seems that you don't have any system updates. So lets go to another step. We will have to install your essential programs and documents. So lets start with browser. Which one do you want?" He showed a list of browsers. "They all work very nice, so I can install them all so you could try them all and choose the one you like most."

Ivan nodded. "That sounds good~" He said, "Then I can also change my mind about them and use a different one, right?" He was impressed by Eduard's knowledge, since he didn't know much about this kind of stuff himself.

"Yes. Of course you can use the different one." Eduard replied. "You can delete them too but you have to leave atleast one browser on your laptop." He installed all the browsers. "So there are other programs but they are optional like: backup, sync, buying music, watching videos, games, instant messaging/chat etc... For instant messaging/chat programs I recommend Skype. Actually some Estonians made it, but it quickly became popular all around the world..."

(I LEARNED SOMETHING TODAY, THAT SKYPE WAS MADE BY ESTONIANS.)

"Oh good," Ivan smiled, "What types of programs do you think would be useful, or preferred?" Ivan looked back to the screen, and back at Eduard again, curious and ignorant as he was.

"Well..." Eduard looked at Ivan. "I am not sure what kind of things are you going to do on your laptop. Or how you are going to use it... Gamers would say that they want games, people who are going to use their laptop only for business would say that kind of programs, etc." He made a face expresion like he would want to ask Ivan something.

"Maybe start with basic things," Ivan commented, "Things that are everyday use, kind of. After all, once I learn how this works I can add things myself." He looked over cheerfully, then added, "Also we've been doing this for a while, don't you think? We will stop for today soon."
